WimVelzeboer 964a2ed032 Improved method for setting read-only field values 
When mocking records, read-only field values can only be set with this method. It is now also compatible with Date field types

Also added method overloads for inSet and notInSet to allow for related field (field names as String)

A trigger handler based on trigger actions configured via custom metadata. It separates the trigger logic per class, and is utilizing the fflib_UnitOfWork to execute the trigger actions.
