WimVelzeboer 547b22a080 Increase unit-test coverage for fflib_Criteria to 80% 
Also added method overloads for inSet and notInSet to allow for related field (field names as String)
Fix for issue #19

wimvelzeboer 5357cd1189 Trigger Handler functionality 
A trigger handler based on trigger actions configured via custom metadata. It separates the trigger logic per class, and is utilizing the fflib_UnitOfWork to execute the trigger actions.

This enabled realtime dependency injection for the fflib application.
By default the configuration comes from the Custom Metadata object fflib_AppBinding__mdt, but can be fully customised and extended.
